1. What we collect. We use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics (Umami) to understand site traffic in aggregate. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data (such as IP address) for security and performance, per Cloudflare's own privacy practices.
2. Email signup. If you subscribe to our Daily Intelligence Brief, we collect the email address you provide, solely to send you that newsletter. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
3. No user accounts. This site does not require account creation, and we do not collect passwords or store user profiles.
4. Third-party links. This site links to affiliated properties and external sources. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers thecongressionaltimes.com only.
5. Children's privacy. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
