The bomb risk which resulted in the evacuation of Springfield City Hall in Ohio on Thursday used dangerous language in opposition to town’s immigrant group, aligning with recent false claims touted by Republicans, together with former President Trump.
Springfield Mayor Rob Rue instructed The Washington Post that the risk “used hateful language in the direction of immigrants and Haitians in our group.”
On the second presidential debate on Tuesday, Trump mentioned migrants are “consuming the canine” within the rural city 45 minutes west of Columbus.
“What they’ve executed to our nation by permitting these tens of millions and tens of millions of individuals to come back into our nation — and take a look at what’s occurring to the cities [in the] United States.
